Living Made Easy work with people with a disability and older people who want to stay in their home but need some assistance to maintain their independence and lead the most fulfilling life possible.

When PSD were approached we were engaged to assess the business and deliver a strategy to create a brand that was reflective of Living Made Easy’s values, mission and engage their customers in a more meaningful way.

Approach


PSD assessed the current market performing competitor analysis and engaging consumers to gain insight.

We began with developing a identity for the business that was reflective of their service offering and customer outcomes.

Creating concise messsaging and developing a clear value proposition PSD developed the brand communications to effectively engage consumers and create a market perception that was reflective of the organisations offering.
